Design
In building poultry houses, we use traditional steel frame designs, made of hot-rolled steel frames or variable-section plate girders. Frames are spaced at 6m.
Corrosion protection is provided to the structure through hot galvanizing and coating with epoxy paints, total coat thickness 160 µm.
Supporting items for roof panel installation in a poultry house are made of cold-bent or hot-rolled profiles, while side walls are installed on a concrete sill plate, in a vertical or horizontal layout.
Cladding
Roof and wall cladding made of sandwich panels with a rigid PUR core for insulation, with very good thermal insulation performance.
Roof panels, with their rigidity and good thermal insulation performance, are fit for finishing roofs of framework design livestock buildings. The additional option of cladding type selection allows you to install the panels in different aggressive environments.
AGRO roof panels, where plastic cladding or aluminum foil is used from the inside, are resistant to aggressive environments (urine, ammonia) produced in animal breeding. The bottom cladding of such panels is resistant to pressurized water used for washing.
Outside walls are made of sandwich panels with PU core, with two galvanized steel cladding layers and 25 µm POLYESTER protective layer.
Panels can be used in vertical and horizontal layout. 60, 80 or 100mm thick walls are used as wall cladding.
Ventilation
Considering the regular framework design of buildings, the investor may choose and change the type of ventilation even in a finished building. See below our proposal for selected variants:
gravitational and mechanical ventilations with adjustable side inlets and exhaust stack terminals
face fans can be installed on additional supporting structure
use of air supply dampers along the building
Remarks
When a poultry house structure is designed, the values and distribution of process loads are always taken into account, according to the parameters of water and food delivery lilnes, gas heaters and air blowers suspended to the building structure.
